Le Guo was born in China in 1964. He received an MA in Fine Art from the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, UK and a BA in Fine Art from North West Normal University, China. He was invited to exhibit his work in the UK by the Arts Council of Great Britain and the Barbican Centre in 1990. He used to teach at the British Museum, the Birkbeck, University of London. He was also invited to deliver lectures at the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London, the Art Museum of Nanjing University of the Arts and Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts in China.
